Terms & conditions
This page sets out the agreement between you and Phoenix Global Education Ltd when you register for any course, workshop, or programme we run, including the AI-Driven Emergency Housing course. Plain English where possible, precise where it matters.
Agreement
By registering, paying for, or attending any of our courses you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. If you are registering on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to this agreement.
These terms operate together with any specific course description, the privacy notice on our site, and any written agreement we sign with an institutional partner. Where those documents conflict, the more specific one wins.
Registration & eligibility
Registration is per individual. The seat you reserve is personal and non-transferable. Sharing your login, joining link, or downloads with anyone else is not allowed.
The Student package is reserved for full-time undergraduate and postgraduate students. We may ask for proof of enrolment before issuing access or a certificate, and we may move you to the equivalent professional package if the proof isn't provided.
Organisational packages (NGO, university) follow the terms of the written enrolment agreement we sign with you.
Pricing, payment & flash sales
All prices are quoted in US dollars and processed through Stripe. Local card fees and currency conversion may add charges from your bank — those are between you and your issuer.
We sometimes run time-limited flash sales (such as the 90 % and 70 % offers around launch week). Flash pricing is honoured for sessions completed before the advertised end time only. Sessions that begin before the deadline but are completed after it revert to the standard price.
A purchase confirms your seat. The seat is yours; the price paid is not retroactively re-evaluated if we discount further later or extend a sale.
Certificate of completion
Phoenix Global Education is an accredited provider with The CPD Standards Office (Provider №23239). Participants who meet the attendance and completion criteria receive a CPD-accredited Certificate of Completion in their name.
Paid packages include the certificate.
Free-claim seats pay an issuance fee.
If you bought any package (Student, Standard, Premium, or VIP) at any price, your CPD certificate is included. It is issued by email within 7 days of the course end.
If you joined under a 100 % flash-sale claim, the certificate is an optional add-on at $15 USD. Payment must be received by 7 July 2026 (one week after the course ends) for your name to appear in the issuance batch.
Late payments may still be processed but will be issued in a later batch with a different certificate date. Refunds on certificate fees are not available once the certificate has been generated.
Eligibility is conditional on attending the live sessions or their recordings, and on completing any short reflection or assignment indicated in the handbook. The certificate is addressed to the legal name you provide at registration — please double-check spelling before the deadline.
Refunds & cancellations
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the course start date receive a full refund. Cancellations between 7 days and 48 hours before start date receive a 50 % refund. No refund is available within 48 hours of the start, after the course has begun, or once any course material has been downloaded.
Free-claim seats are non-refundable by their nature. The $15 certificate fee is non-refundable once paid because issuance begins immediately.
If Phoenix Global Education cancels or significantly reschedules a session, you are entitled to a full refund or a credit toward a future course, your choice.
Course access & materials
Replay access duration is set per package and stated on the packages section of the home page. Your handbook, AI prompt guides, and supplementary resources are for your personal study; please do not redistribute them.
The participant WhatsApp community is moderated. We reserve the right to remove anyone for spam, sales pitches unrelated to the course, harassment, or behaviour that disrupts the cohort experience.
Code of conduct
We expect respectful participation. Harassment, hate speech, doxxing, sharing of session recordings outside the cohort, and use of the live chat for promotional spam are all grounds for immediate removal without refund.
Disagreement on technical or design questions is welcomed. Disagreement that targets a person rather than an idea is not.
Privacy & personal data
We collect the personal details you submit at registration (name, email, phone, country) to deliver the course, issue certificates, and contact you about closely related future cohorts. We do not sell your data and do not share it with third-party advertisers.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store card numbers on our servers. Emails are delivered through Zoho Mail and Resend on our authenticated domain.
You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by writing to info@phoenixglobaled.org.
Intellectual property & recordings
All course content, including slides, handbook, AI prompts, workflows, recordings, and assignments, is the intellectual property of Phoenix Global Education and the contributing instructors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own learning.
Recording the live sessions, screen-capturing the replays, or republishing any part of the course on social platforms is not permitted without our written consent.
Liability & disclaimers
The course teaches techniques and tools at a point in time. AI platforms, regulations around emergency housing, and building codes evolve quickly. We make no warranty that any specific tool, vendor, or workflow shown will remain available, free, or compliant in your jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant course.
Changes & governing law
We may update these terms to reflect new programmes, regulatory changes, or operational improvements. Material changes are announced by email to registered participants. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute that cannot be resolved by good-faith conversation falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
